Nawida Rahimi is a graduate of Biology from the Faculty of Natural Sciences at Kabul Education University. She completed her primary and secondary education at Malalai High School and, after graduating from university, taught Biology and Natural Sciences at several private universities.
Currently, Ms. Rahimi serves as a lecturer at the Online Women’s University and also holds the position of Head of the Biology Department. In addition, she works with an international educational institution in the field of education, where she teaches and supports orphan students.
Her areas of interest include Biology, Science Education, innovative teaching methodologies, and improving the quality of education. She is committed to promoting academic excellence and empowering young people through education and lifelong learning.

شیرالله حسینی فرزند اسدالله متولد 1367 ولایت بامیان مکتب خود را در لیسه عالی غازی در کابل به اتمام رسانیدم دوره لیسانس خود را در دانشکده ساینس دیپارتمنت بیولوژی دانشگاه کابل تمام کردم و دوره ماستری ام را در رشته فلسفه در دانشگاه بینالمللی اهلبیت تهران به پایان رسانیدم که در بخش های مختلف از جمله معلمی، سرمعلمی، مدیریت مکاتب و مدت دو سال در دانشگاه آنلاین زن به عنوان استاد ایفای وظیفه نمودم

Muzhda Dashti was born in 1994 in Dasht-e-Qala District, Takhar Province, Afghanistan. She graduated in 2015 with a degree in Chemistry from the Faculty of Education. She is also a graduate of a Higher Midwifery Program.
Ms. Dashti has more than ten years of experience in teaching and training. Her professional experience includes eight years of service with the Aga Khan Foundation, where she worked as a Trainer and Master Trainer. She also served for one year as a trainer at a nursing school and taught for two years at an educational institute.
For more than two years, she has been collaborating with the Online Women’s University as a lecturer. Her main academic interests are Biology and Islamic Culture, and she has taught courses in both fields. She is committed to continuing her academic contribution in these disciplines and looks forward to maintaining her collaboration with the faculty and supporting students in their educational journey.

My name is Adela Fallah, daughter of Mohammad Hashem, and I was born in Bamyan Province, Afghanistan. I pursued my higher education in Social Sciences at Kabul University and graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in 2013. In addition, I successfully completed my studies in Midwifery at Jamal-ul-Shifa Institute of Health Sciences in Kabul in 2015.
Alongside my academic and educational activities, I have more than ten years of professional experience working with national and international organizations in Bamyan and Daikundi provinces. During this period, I have been actively involved in the fields of health, education, capacity building, social mobilization, program coordination, and community development. I have collaborated with organizations such as the Aga Khan Foundation (AKF), UNICEF projects, PU-AMI, MOVE, ORCD, ABRAAR, and OCCD. My contributions have included training healthcare workers, implementing community-based programs, and enhancing the capacities of individuals within local communities.
Furthermore, for the past two semesters, I have been teaching in the fields of Midwifery and Education. Through my teaching, I strive not only to transfer knowledge but also to contribute to the intellectual and academic development of the younger generation. I strongly believe that education and awareness are key drivers of social progress and play a vital role in empowering women and youth.

My name is Shamila Pooya. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and a Master’s degree in Business Administration. I completed my higher education at the University of Yazd, Islamic Republic of Iran.
In the Spring Semester of 1405, I began my collaboration with the Faculty of Biology, where I have been involved in teaching Histology. My academic background in both biological sciences and management has enabled me to combine scientific knowledge with organizational and educational skills.
My academic and professional interests include Biology, Consumer Behavior, Digital Marketing, Strategic Management, and Tourism Management. I am passionate about research, teaching, and sharing knowledge with students, and I continuously seek opportunities to expand my expertise in these fields.
Currently residing in Afghanistan, I strive to contribute to the development of the country’s education system and the enhancement of young people’s academic capacities through scientific and educational activities. I firmly believe that quality education and scientific research play a fundamental role in societal progress and in the development of skilled and competent professionals.
