Introduction

On September 27, 2025, an administrative meeting was held at Woman Online University with the participation of the leadership team, faculty deans, department heads, academic staff, and student affairs representatives. The meeting focused on evaluating the university’s overall performance, addressing key challenges, and developing actionable strategies to enhance the quality of education.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Abdul Farid Salangi, Chancellor and Founder of Woman Online University, extended a warm welcome to all attendees and expressed his gratitude to the academic and administrative staff for their dedicated efforts in organizing the university’s weekly academic programs.

Achievements and Activities

1. Academic Discourse
An academic discourse titled “Vital Signs and the Body’s Hidden Signals” was held, featuring Ms.Marwa Khuram, student at the Faculty of Nursing. The session explored the role of vital signs as key indicators of health.

2. Academic Webinar
An academic webinar titled “Self-Motivation: A Bridge to Success” was held, featuring Ms. Nilofer Akrami, Professor at the Faculty of Psychology, Woman Online University. The session highlighted the importance of self-motivation for personal and professional growth.

3. Academic Affairs Meeting:
A meeting was held with faculty members to review challenges and gather suggestions for improving the university’s teaching processes and activities.

4. Student Affairs Meeting:
The Office of Student Affairs convened a meeting with representatives from all sixteen faculties to address student concerns and inquiries.

Weekly Reports Presentation
Administrative staff presented detailed reports regarding each faculty and department. These reports included performance analyses, challenges faced, and suggestions for improving educational conditions.

Conclusion
The meeting concluded with a productive exchange of ideas among participants, and clear guidance was provided for the upcoming semester. The session reflected the strong commitment and determination of the Woman Online University community to enhance educational quality and uphold the educational rights of girls and women.
