• Introduction
On Friday, 28/1/1405, an academic webinar titled “Women’s

Leadership Skills in Times of Crisis” was held at Woman Online

University, attended by the university’s leadership team, professors,

students, and academic and administrative staff. The webinar

aimed to enhance participants’ understanding of women’s

leadership skills in times of crisis, focusing on empathy,

decision-making, and effective communication. It also provided

a valuable opportunity for the exchange of academic ideas and

experiences.

The program began with a recitation of verses from the Holy

Quran by Ms. Zuhra Mirzad. Following that, Ms. Fawzia Stanekzai

and Ms. Meena Kakar, warmly welcomed all attendees and

highlighted the relevance and importance of the webinar’s topic.

Following that, Ms. Sohaila Erfani, Vice Chancellor of Academic

Affairs at Woman Online University, welcomed the participants

and delivered remarks on women’s leadership skills in times of

crisis.
