Introduction

On May 2, 2026, an administrative meeting was held at

Woman Online University with the participation of the leadership

team, faculty deans, department heads, academic staff, and

student affairs representatives. The meeting focused on evaluating

the university’s overall performance, addressing key challenges, and

developing actionable strategies to enhance the quality of education.

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Abdul Farid Salangi, Chancellor

and Founder of Woman Online University, extended a warm welcome

to all attendees and expressed his gratitude to the academic and

administrative staff for their dedicated efforts in organizing the

university’s weekly academic programs.

Achievements and Activities

1. Academic Webinar
An academic webinar titled “Pneumonia Case Presentation” was

held, featuring Dr. Mohammad Akram Baburi. The session focused

on pneumonia, including its symptoms, diagnosis, and treatment.

2. Academic Discourse
An academic discourse titled “Journalism in the Digital Age:

Challenges, Truth, and Sustainability” was held, featuring

Ms. Rahima Nayemi, Lecturer at the Faculty of Journalism,

Woman Online University. The session focused on the challenges

of journalism in the digital age, including misinformation and the

importance of maintaining accuracy and public trust.

3. Faculty Recruitment
Notable progress was made in the recruitment of academic staff,

and the number of university professors has now reached approximately

one thousand. This development will contribute to the continued

improvement of educational quality.

4. Meeting of Student Affairs with Representatives of the Sixteen

Faculties
A meeting was held between Student Affairs and representatives of the

sixteen faculties, during which students’ concerns, suggestions, and

questions were discussed, and appropriate guidance was provided.

Weekly Reports Presentation
Administrative staff presented detailed reports regarding each faculty

and department. These reports included performance analyses,

challenges faced, and suggestions for improving educational conditions.

Conclusion
The meeting concluded with a productive exchange of ideas among

participants, during which valuable guidance was provided. The

session reflected the strong commitment and determination of the

Woman Online University community to enhance educational

quality and uphold the educational rights of girls and women.
