Introduction:
At the outset of this important and momentous meeting, Professor Abdul Farid Salangi, the University general chancellor, warmly welcomed the attendees and highlighted the following key points:

* The successful completion of the first week of exams in the university’s fifteen faculties.
* The emergence of a new phenomenon in the exams due to their desirable quality and quantity.
* The need for appropriate time management during the exams to facilitate the process.

Achievements and Activities:
1. Weekly reports were presented by the Deans of Faculties, Department Heads, and Managers.

Conclusion:
At the conclusion of the meeting, a constructive exchange of views took place amongst the attendees. Recommendations were made to facilitate the final exams and to plan for the recruitment of new students. Furthermore, the importance of transparency in exam procedures and the use of digital tools such as Google Forms was emphasized.

This meeting exemplified the solidarity and unwavering commitment of the Woman Online University members to enhance the quality of education and advocate for the educational rights of girls and women.
