Administrative Meeting Report No. 25

     The twenty-fifth administrative meeting of Woman Online University was held on 20/1/2024, with the presence of Professor Abdul Farid “Salangi,” the Chancellor and Founder of the university, Ms. Adela”Zamani,” the Deputy-Chancellor of Student Affairs, Ms. Sohaila “Erfani,” the Deputy-Chancellor of Academic Affairs, leadership board of the university, the heads of fourteen faculties, and the directors of teaching and student affairs.

At the beginning of the meeting, Professor Abdul Farid “Salangi” welcomed all the administrative members of the university. Following that, He introduced Dr. Sohaila “Erfani,” the Deputy-Chancellor of the Academic Affairs, to the administrative colleagues and expressed the desire for collaboration in administrative matters with the academic deputy. He discussed the previous week’s seminar and the weekly academic seminars which are held regularly. He expressed appreciation to all the faculty heads for their efforts in completing the process of collecting students’ documents. He also discussed the commence of upcoming spring semester in the month of March and the students recruitment process. Furthermore, he discussed the recent Improvements and problems faced by the university in recent weeks.

Subsequently, Dr. Sohaila “Erfani,” the Deputy-Chancellor of Academic Affairs at Woman Online University, expressed gratitude for the all-around collaboration in all administrative departments and thanked the university’s leadership board for their trust in selecting her for the position of academic deputy. She presented her work plan to improve teaching quality and standardize academic departments, drawing upon her fifteen years of administrative and professional experience in public universities’ academic departments.
Then, Ms. Adela “Zamani,” the Deputy-chancellor of Student Affairs at the university, welcomed all the present members of the meeting, and expressed appreciation to all the faculty heads of the fourteen faculties for completing the process of collecting students’ documents. after that she reported the general activities of the student affairs depatment to the leadership board of the university.
Following that, heads of the Fourteen Faculties and the relevent directors of teaching presented the weekly report of their relevent Faculties, and expressed their problems.

Furthermore they asked for guidance in doing affairs of the coming week.
