In the beginning of the meeting Prof, Abdul Farid Salangi praised the presence of all the members of administrative department of the university and welcomed them, Then he discussed the last week’s seminar and improving the quality of the weekly scientific webinars which are held regularly. Also he talked about the Academic council’s meeting which was held last week and expressed satisfaction with the appointment of heads and supervisors of the Medical faculties. Furthermore he talked about recruitment process of the new students, collecting documents of the students, and commence of the spring semester.

Moreover, they discussed about improvements and problems of the university in the last weeks.

Then, Respected, Adela Zamani, Deputy- Chancellor of the student affairs, welcomed all the present members of the meeting, Furthermore, she discussed about last week’s webinar, commence of the spring semester, announcement of the exams’ results, collecting documents of the students, and recruitment process of the new students.

after that she reported the general activities of the student affairs department to the leadership board of the university.

Subsequently, Associate Professor Sohaila Erfani, the Deputy-Chancellor of the Academic Affairs, welcomed all the present members of the meeting and discussed the organization of the weekly webinars, second chance exams٫ the curriculum of the academic council and their plans to improve the teaching process and accreditation of the university.

Following that, heads of the Fourteen Faculties and the relevant directors of teaching presented the weekly report of their relevant Faculties, and expressed their problems.

Furthermore they asked for guidance in doing affairs of the coming week.
