He emphasized that soft power is a key concept in political science and international relations. Soft power encompasses factors that have the ability to influence and change others’ attitudes, behaviors, and policies without relying on military or economic force.
Key aspects of the soft power discussed in this webinar include:

3. Education and Research: Facilitating and encouraging the exchange of knowledge, experiences, and innovative technologies between countries, establishing educational and research collaborations, and promoting higher education and access to educational resources are all part of the role of soft power in international relations.
4. Foreign Policy: Implementing an intelligent foreign policy aligned with national goals, considering common interests between countries, maintaining trust, and establishing networks of cooperation are all factors that can contribute to strengthening a country’s soft power in international relations.
