– Professor Sohaila Erfani, Academic Deputy of the University and Head of the Examination Committee;
– Professor Adeleh Zamani, Deputy for Student Affairs at the University;
– Dr. Mohammad Zarrif Almas Stanikzai, Member of the University Leadership Council;
– Professor Abdul raouf Mortazawi, Secretary of the Examination Committee at the University;
– Professor Bahara Ataie, Member of the University Leadership Council;
– Honorable Deans of Fifteen Faculties;
– Heads of Sub-committees for Faculty Examinations;
– Several Faculty Members.

The meeting was held with the aim to determine how to conduct final semester examinations for Spring 1403

Objectives:
1. Determining precise dates for starting and ending Spring semester examinations.
2. Approval of main examination resolutions.
3. Determining Google Form as a platform for conducting examinations.
4. Determining precise date for starting
Fall semester 1403.
5. Providing necessary guidelines to sub-committee members by the Head Examining Committee.

Introduction:
The session began with remarks from Professor Sohaila Erfani as head of the Examination Committee. She welcomed all present members and discussed main agenda items with committee members.

Decisions made:
1. Start Spring semester examinations on 1403 /5/ 6 and end on 1403 /5/ 26.
2. Full compliance with examination procedure guidelines.
3. Conduct Second Chance exams from 1403 /6/ 10 to 1403 /6/ 20
4. Start fall semester in 1403 /7/1
5. Create question bank by Publications Department and archive exam papers with collaboration from faculty members.
6. Conduct all examinations through Google Form platform.
7. Conduct final exams for university subjects comprehensively across faculties according to specified time allocation within one hour duration.
8. Full supervision by examination committee over examination process in faculties.
9. First Islamic Culture subject exam scheduled on 1403 /5/ 6 across all faculties.

10. List students excluded from exams must be prepared before commencement and sent to central committee.

Conclusion:
At conclusion of session, it was emphasized that reports on decisions made during this meeting should be communicated to all university faculties so that they can proceed accordingly towards coordination and successful executiong final Semester Examinations for Spring Semester -Year 1403
1. Emphasize strict adherence to announced examination calendar and prevent any changes or delays in conducting exams.
2. Provide necessary instructions regarding ensuring security during final exams.
3. Reviewing and approving monitoring methods for conducting fair and equitable examinations across all departments.
4. Determination of the mechanism for following up and addressing potential complaints from students regarding the conduct of examinations.
5. Coordination and close cooperation among the sub-committees for examinations of the faculties.
