• Introduction
On Friday, 19,2,1404, an academic webinar titled “The Role of Literature in Personal Growth and Organizational Transformation” was successfully held with the participation of over 700 attendees, including the university’s administration, leadership team, professors, students, and both academic and administrative staff.
The program began with a recitation of verses from the Holy Quran by Ms. Zuhra Mirzad. Following that, Ms. Nafisa Wakili and Ms. Amima Safi warmly welcomed all attendees and highlighted the relevance and importance of the webinar’s topic.
Then Ms. Faiza Zirak warmly welcomed the participants and highlighted the university’s ongoing commitment to academic webinars. She acknowledged the active participation of students and spoke about the university’s recent accomplishments. She remarked, There is always light beyond the darkness—when our goals are clear, the path ahead becomes easier to follow.

form—it reflects human thought, emotion, and culture, offering a mirror to society across time. He explained that meaningful change begins with knowledge. As individuals and organizations learn, they gain the insight and capacity needed for growth. But transformation, he emphasized, is more than just learning or adapting—it is a deep shift in perspective and structure. True transformation redefines how we think, decide, and lead.
