The program began with the recitation of

verses from the Holy Quran by Ms. Zahra Mirzad. Then, an introductory video about the Woman Online University was played by the Publications Department.

Introduction

This academic meeting was held on the Tuesday, 2, 7, 1403 with the presence of the university’s administration, leadership team, administrative staff, heads of faculties, and the newly enrolled students.

The successful program facilitators, Ms. Malalay Salangi and Ms. Fawzia Stanikzai, welcomed the guests. Subsequently, Professor Adeleh Zamani, the Deputy for Student Affairs, welcomed the newly enrolled students and provided valuable insights regarding the program, which included the following topics:

– Familiarization of newly enrolled students with the educational process

– Introduction of university services and facilities for students

– Introduction of university rules and regulations

– Remarks from Professor Abdul Farid Salangi, the chancellor and founder of the Woman Online University, which included points such as:

– Education in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Ministry of Higher Education: He emphasized that the educational process is conducted in full compliance with the laws and regulations of the Ministry of Higher Education.

– The discipline and order of the Woman Online University, which includes the following:

– Regular attendance in classes

– Active participation in seminars and webinars of the Woman Online University

– Respect for professors and academic staff of the Woman Online University

– Encouragement of creativity and motivation from students, urging them to be active in academic and research publications

– Introduction of the libraries of the Faculty of Medicine and the Faculty of Law and Political Science

– Special appreciation for the professors of the Woman Online University who voluntarily teach girls deprived of education in Afghanistan. These individuals have created an environment with dedication and love for knowledge that provides girls in this country the opportunity for learning and intellectual growth.

– This effort not only contributes to the elevation of the academic level of society but also creates hope and motivation for the country’s future builders. With their commitment and compassion, they lay the foundation for transformation and progress in society.

Then, the heads of the fifteen faculties provided information regarding the meeting and introduced the faculty members.

Conclusion of the Meeting

At the end of the program, Dr. Mohammad Zarif Alam Stanikzai, a member of the university’s leadership team, expressed gratitude to the heads of the faculties, summarized the meeting, and appreciated the significant presence and participation of the students, faculty heads, and academic staff.
